It allows facility managers to monitor performance, detect issues, and access real-time data on sales, maintenance, and usage across 250,000 devices in 40 countries. To ensure security and scalability, WMF implemented Thales’ OneWelcome Identity Platform, enabling API-based IAM, single sign-on, and data protection compliant with EU standards. Deployment was completed within four months, providing end-to-end encryption, multi-device control, and a fully cloud-based solution that improved efficiency, customer insights, and global connectivity.
