First, download the SharePoint app and other required Microsoft apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from the App Store or Google Play. On iOS, open SharePoint and select Sign In to SharePoint Online, then enter your Microsoft 365 email and password. On Android, open the app and sign in with your work credentials. If two factor authentication is enabled, complete verification using Microsoft Authenticator or SMS. Once signed in, you can access the files and sites you have permission to view.
