The 2025 Global MSP Benchmark Survey highlights key trends shaping the industry. Enhanced security services such as EDR, IDS/IPS, and SIEM are becoming major revenue drivers for 33 percent of MSPs, reflecting growing client demand. More than half plan to expand marketing efforts and are considering mergers or acquisitions to stay competitive. MSPs are also increasingly adopting AI, with 30 percent using it to eliminate repetitive tasks and free time for strategic work. However, many still face operational inefficiencies, as 27 percent underuse their software, 15 percent lose time switching between tools, and 12 percent struggle with poor integration.
