This infographic examines security weaknesses created by IT-OT convergence and increasingly complex industrial supply chains. Thirty-nine percent of surveyed organizations experienced an attack affecting OT systems, and 48% of those suffered at least six incidents. Consequences included productivity loss, confidential-data exposure, staff remediation time, personnel action, and public breach disclosure. Organizations identified priorities such as stronger threat intelligence, anomalous-behavior monitoring, continuous vulnerability assessment, and increased network segmentation.
