How B2B Sales and Marketing Leaders Are Getting the Most From Generative AI
Many B2B companies are experimenting with generative AI, but only a small share are fully committing to scaling it across the organization. While 38 percent of B2B executives report scaling one or two use cases, just 11 percent have scaled more than two. High-growth firms stand out by deploying multiple generative AI use cases about twice as often as lower-growth peers, particularly across sales and marketing. These leaders are realizing greater benefits, including significant cost savings and productivity gains. Their success shows that moving beyond limited pilots and adopting generative AI at scale can provide a meaningful competitive edge.
