This report presents insights into how Swedish employees want working from home to be managed after the pandemic. Based on a nationally representative survey of 2,055 full-time and part-time workers conducted in January 2021, it reflects preferences across age, gender, region, and income levels. The findings show that more than half of Swedish workers worked from home either fully or partially during this period, while others remained office-based or used a hybrid setup. The report highlights employee expectations around flexibility and provides guidance for employers on shaping future remote and hybrid work policies in line with workforce needs.
