This report examines how employee loyalty has developed since 2019 using data from 274 companies across Europe, including Sweden, Norway, Germany, the UK, and several other countries. Netigate analyzed employee Net Promoter Score results collected during 2019, 2020, and 2021 to understand changes over time. eNPS is a widely used metric for measuring employee loyalty, based on a single question about how likely employees are to recommend their employer. The findings provide insight into how workplace loyalty has evolved through periods of change and uncertainty, offering organizations valuable benchmarks for understanding engagement and retention trends.
