IronNet’s October 2021 Threat Intelligence Brief summarizes key cyber threats identified through the IronNet Collective Defense community and the IronDefense platform. During the month, analysts detected and assessed numerous network behavioral anomalies across participating organizations, many of which were classified as suspicious or malicious. The report documented 530 Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), providing insight into active and emerging cyber threats. These included 233 access-related indicators associated with unauthorized activity, 95 command-and-control (C2) indicators linked to attacker communications, and 191 other threat indicators spanning various attack methods.
