Responsibility is shifting from dedicated security teams to shared ownership between developers and AppSec managers, making trust and alignment—known as DevSecTrust—essential. This report highlights that reducing risk requires a holistic approach in which CISOs understand team challenges, gain clearer visibility into the AppSec landscape, and adopt tools that support modern, multi‑cloud application environments.
