Insider threats, misconfigurations, and dark/unclassified data compound exposure. AI adoption is growing, offering automation and faster threat response, though risks like data poisoning remain. Organizations emphasize MFA, encryption, RBAC, backups, immutability, and SecOps integration as essential safeguards.
