The July 2025 Global Hiring Pulse Workforce Report found uneven hiring activity across major regions despite rising application volumes worldwide. While candidate interest continued to grow, hiring outcomes varied significantly. EMEA markets, particularly the UK, showed increasing momentum and stronger hiring activity, while the United States began experiencing signs of labor market cooling. The report also highlighted the growing influence of early-career talent, with Generation Z representing a large share of job applicants, especially in France and the UK.
