This datasheet explains how Keysight AppStack identifies applications, users, devices, geography, and performance indicators across encrypted and unencrypted network traffic. Using static signatures and dynamic application discovery, it extends monitoring beyond Layer 4 and provides granular Layer 2–7 visibility into TLS, QUIC, mobile, cloud, and enterprise environments. Operators can create session-aware filters by application, country, protocol, port, VLAN, IP address, regular expression, and SSL traffic, then forward selected packets or enriched IxFlow metadata to monitoring and analytics tools.
