FortiWeb Managed Rules strengthen AWS WAF with security signatures derived from Fortinet’s web application firewall technology and FortiGuard threat intelligence. Two rule groups protect web and API applications. The Complete OWASP Top 10 package addresses SQL injection, command injection, cross-site scripting, known exploits, malicious bots, common vulnerabilities, and other major web risks. The API Security rule group provides specialized protection for REST-based APIs against OWASP API threats, injection attacks, automated abuse, and known vulnerabilities.
