The Hunna System USB Sanitizer combines Hunna’s portable, air-gapped hardware with Glasswall CDR to protect file transfers in field environments used by government, military, and intelligence organizations. The system supports importing and exporting information through USB media, CDs, DVDs, and SD cards while removing forensic traces of sensitive information during the import process. Files first pass through as many as six antivirus engines to identify known malware, then Glasswall CDR rebuilds them to their manufacturer’s known-good specification and removes nonconforming content. Clean files are filtered through a whitelist before being copied to and signed on the destination USB.
