Forescout CounterACT, integrated with McAfee ePO, helps organizations enhance security by instantly detecting devices accessing the network, profiling and classifying BYOD and corporate devices without agents, and scanning unmanaged Windows devices for malicious files or processes. It identifies and fixes corporate devices with missing, disabled, or misconfigured McAfee agents, enforces allow/deny/limit network access based on posture and policies, and restricts/remediates malicious or high-risk endpoints to shrink the attack surface. By leveraging combined endpoint intelligence and contextual threat data from McAfee Threat Intelligence Exchange via the Data Exchange Layer, it improves overall security posture and orchestration.
