This document presents Blue Yonder’s Loading Verification solution developed with Zetes to automate truck-loading validation in warehouse environments. Using ImageID machine vision technology integrated with Blue Yonder WMS, cameras positioned at dock doors automatically capture pallet images and verify barcode labels before loading. The system provides real-time “go” or “no-go” signals to operators, improving loading accuracy and reducing shipping errors. Time-stamped image documentation supports traceability and minimizes customer claims related to damaged or missing products. Benefits include faster truck turnaround, improved productivity, increased customer service levels, and complete pallet tracking and control.
