This solution brief introduces PNT Xe, a compact 2U positioning, navigation, and timing simulator designed to expand access to high-fidelity GNSS testing. The system supports global and regional constellations, single- or dual-frequency operation, GPS AES M-Code and P-Code, up to two software-defined radio cards, and as many as 64 channels per frequency band. Scenario Assistant simplifies test creation for less experienced users, while remote control, Python automation, SimROUTE mapping, NMEA output, RTCM corrections, and data streaming support agile workflows. Its MIL-STD-810H-compliant platform enables desktop, rack, field, and range use. Optional integrations support live-sky spoofing, jamming, and realistic NAVWAR testing without relying exclusively on classified laboratories.
