This package automates multicast performance testing per IETF RFC 3918, measuring latency and jitter as part of mixed‑class throughput in a single test. It supports IGMPv1‑3 for IPv4 and MLDv1‑2 for IPv6, with flexible unicast‑to‑multicast ratios and any number of multicast sources. An additional monitor port helps detect flooded multicast frames. The solution tests with jumbo frames, evaluates IMIX profiles, and measures FIFO, FILO, LIFO, and LILO behaviors. It supports large‑scale port counts with millions of streams, offers fast configuration through wizards, and provides detailed reporting via VIAVI TestCenter.
