The Xgig EDSFF Analyzer Interposers connect the VIAVI PCIe 6.0 Analyzer/Exerciser Chassis to systems under test, enabling high‑fidelity capture of PCIe signals up to 64 GT/s across 16 lanes. Installed directly into an EDSFF slot, the interposer provides a fully analog signal path and taps bidirectional data traffic between the root complex and endpoint for detailed protocol analysis. It supports PCIe 6.0 operation and is available in x16, x8, and x4 lane variants, with mechanical support for E1.S, E1.L, E3.S, E3.L, and OCP NIC 3.0 modules. High‑speed linear signal redrivers are used to maintain signal integrity and ensure reliable data capture.
