It proposes an infrastructure-led model that embeds governance, identity, discovery, authorization, protection, observability, and connectivity directly into the cloud using open standards, shifting complexity away from developers. This approach enables secure, scalable, and production-ready deployment of agentic systems, forming a governed “internet of agents” and unlocking enterprise value from AI at scale.
