Generative AI can unlock major productivity gains, but its value depends on workforce transformation led by HR. KPMG highlights three priorities: remodeling HR operations with AI-driven recruitment, onboarding, and training; reconstructing the workforce through role redesign, reskilling, and integration of human/AI collaboration; and guiding responsible adoption with fair, explainable, and compliant practices. HR must manage cultural change, mitigate risks, and build governance frameworks while driving efficiency.
