This paper proposes Agentic AI to fix enterprise app testing’s core pain: fast, vendor-driven change across metadata-heavy platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Workday) that breaks static tests, fragments tooling, and kills traceability. Instead of more scripts, it introduces a modular swarm of agents—Use Case Interpreter, Metadata Ingestor, Delta Comparator, Impact Mapper, Test Case Engineer, Test Data Synthesizer, Automation Generator, Execution Analyzer, Coverage Reporter—coordinated by a lightweight orchestrator and a shared “test intelligence” store. Agents trigger on events, schedules, or user commands and align test scope to actual deltas. Results: risk-based coverage, adaptive automation, compliant test data, cross-platform traceability, shorter cycles, fewer escapes, and a QA model that scales with change, not against it.
