Conventional autologous CAR-T therapies have delivered strong results in relapsed or refractory disease but require patients’ T cells to be collected, engineered in specialized facilities, and reinfused after lymphodepletion. This complex process can involve long manufacturing times, high costs, limited access, and treatment delays.
