SAP's research, in partnership with Oxford Economics, reveals the "confidence conundrum" in business transformation: while 73% of leaders express confidence in their teams' ability to manage transformation risks, the hard reality is different. Only about half (51%) of transformations go according to plan, and just 57% deliver expected value. Many organizations skip crucial initial risk assessments and fail to continuously monitor risks, leaving them vulnerable to setbacks such as budget overruns and stalled initiatives.
