A digital strategy to support women in need

Fitted for Work, a Melbourne-based not-for-profit, required a digital strategy to remain viable and relevant in Australia’s changing funding and technology landscape. After delivering more than 35,000 services to women over 14 years, the organisation had grown significantly but faced increasing difficulty attracting the resources and funding needed for its next stage of growth. To address these challenges, Fitted for Work co-created a digital strategy using a Human Centred Design approach, incorporating immersive research, industry trends, and contextual interviews. Ideation sessions with clients, volunteers, and staff helped shape a strategy aligned to real needs, enabling the organisation to adapt to digital change and better support women into the future.
