A global construction management firm running all applications on-prem needed to modernize as hardware neared end of life. As a Microsoft enterprise customer, Azure was the logical choice, but the small IT team lacked cloud experience. BCM One conducted an assessment, built a proof of concept for their ERP system, and guided them through security, infrastructure, and migration planning. The PoC evolved into a full deployment, with BCM One creating the Azure tenant, designing network and security configurations, and coordinating data migration. The company is now prepared to move additional workloads to Azure and implement Site Recovery.
