A nonprofit with 44 locations relied on aging copper PRIs and faced failures and decommissioned circuits, but many sites lacked access to business-grade fiber. BCM One created a phased modernization plan aligned to the nonprofit’s tight budget and outsourced IT model, upgrading sites to Managed SIP, replacing MPLS with Ethernet or broadband, and delivering 102 SIP trunks and over 500 DIDs in phase one.
