Leonardo partnered with Xerox to break down document and data silos, modernize processes and reduce costs while maintaining strict security and regulatory standards. Xerox consolidated five separate functions into a single Print, Scan and Data Management department, introduced best-practice lifecycle management, expanded in-house and outsourced print capabilities and added innovations such as 3D printing. The program delivered 46 percent faster scanning, 80 percent faster print and finishing, up to 51 percent cost savings and more secure, compliant and accessible data across the organization.
