TinkerList’s traditional IaaS platform was costly, difficult to scale, time-consuming to maintain, and provisioned for peak demand. Complex deployments also slowed development. With no previous AWS experience, TinkerList selected Cloudar to redesign the environment as a cloud-native platform. Cloudar built a highly available, consumption-based architecture using extensive PaaS, serverless, and container technologies, with the deployment fully defined through AWS CloudFormation Infrastructure-as-Code. The new environment transformed TinkerList’s development and release process, allowing teams to deploy more frequently and confidently.
