DXC drives maintenance efficiencies for Queensland Rail
Queensland Rail improved maintenance efficiency by addressing issues caused by manual planning processes, poor field data capture, and limited visibility into inventory and procurement. Based in Brisbane, the organization struggled with inaccurate recording of time, materials, and maintenance activities, which affected operational planning. DXC designed and implemented an SAP Work Manager solution deployed to more than 600 mobile users, creating a single source of truth for corrective work requests generated directly from work orders.
