Guide Dogs Victoria partnered with DXC and Swinburne University’s Social Innovation Research Institute to enhance the lives of people who are blind or have low vision through a co‑designed digital platform. The organization faced challenges as visually impaired individuals struggled to connect online with peers and access reliable information scattered across multiple sources. The collaborative project focused on co-design, directly involving people with lived experience of vision impairment to shape the solution.
