Enhancing user experiences for residents statewide
Conduent partnered with a state’s Medicaid and Human Services agencies to modernize eligibility services and replace a failing client portal with the BenePath Self-Service Portal. Using a hybrid Agile approach, Conduent delivered a mobile-enabled platform supporting account creation, multi-language access, virtual document uploads, and real-time eligibility integration. The portal streamlined applications for Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF, offering secure communication, electronic renewals, and consolidated benefit management. In its first eight months, it processed over 180,000 new accounts, 23,000 renewals, and thousands of applications, improving efficiency, accuracy, and resident access to critical programs.
