Case Study
Evaluating Knowledge Graphs for Search
A national research organization explored building an enterprise-wide knowledge graph to improve access to information across its extensive content repositories. With large volumes of domain-specific data spread across systems, users struggled to efficiently compile and analyze relevant information for research. The organization evaluated knowledge graphs as a potential solution to enhance search, improve user experience, and support strategic goals of increasing the relevance and impact of its outputs. Through a targeted proof of concept, the organization aimed to assess both the feasibility of the approach and its readiness to adopt knowledge graph technology for broader implementation.
