This 2023 case study describes how a US telecom equipment manufacturer that provides broadband access equipment, SDN solutions, and cloud-managed services needed to validate scale and stability of its SD Controller and Network Management System under peak traffic, but could not realistically replicate thousands of devices in a lab without high cost. Brillio built a public-cloud scale testing platform that simulates real-world loads using on-demand resources, stressing northbound and southbound systems with device simulators and load testing while consuming infrastructure only during test runs.
