A global cosmetics company planned to retire outdated TDM-PRIs but faced an unexpected service shutdown when a carrier disconnected lines in error. BCM One immediately stepped in, activating new SIP phone lines by the next business day. They then deployed 250 SIP trunks with 2,700 DIDs, using trunk sharing to replace rigid PRI limits. BCM One also provided data circuits, proactive monitoring, and Internet services across global sites with a single project manager delivering white-glove support. The company now plans a full WAN refresh with BCM One, replacing MPLS with Internet and SD-WAN.
