How Asian Development Bank (ADB) Drives Mass Adoption of a Single Observability Platform
This case study describes how the Asian Development Bank successfully implemented a unified observability platform across its large IT organization. Previously, different teams relied on separate monitoring tools, creating silos that slowed incident detection and troubleshooting. To drive adoption of the new platform, ADB introduced a cross-functional “Champions” program where selected team members became subject-matter experts responsible for implementing and promoting observability practices.
