How CADY’s AI-Powered Technology Detected Two Critical Errors in the Final Stage of a Schematic Design
A large French telecom company adopted CADY’s AI-powered automatic electrical inspection to reduce PCB re-spins and accelerate development timelines. During evaluation, the company first introduced deliberate schematic errors to validate CADY’s accuracy before applying it to a live design. CADY detected two critical issues late in the schematic phase: an undervoltage supply mismatch and a missing exposed-pad ground connection. Both errors could have caused thermal failure, electrical noise, or complete malfunction. The inspection report clearly identified issues, linked them to datasheet requirements, and enabled quick fixes. Reviewing the report took less than an hour and prevented at least one PCB re-spin, saving significant time, cost, and redesign effort while improving overall design
