Jemena digitises resource planning
Jemena digitised its resource planning to improve efficiency, transparency, and consistency across its energy maintenance operations in Victoria. The organization faced challenges gaining visibility into resource utilisation, coordinating workflows across maintenance units, and standardising scheduling practices across multiple work sites. To address these issues, Jemena implemented SAP Multi Resource Scheduling to digitise work assignments and eliminate paper-based job and resource allocation processes. The solution was integrated with key systems including Wisenet, SAP HR, and mWorkOrder to create a connected scheduling environment. As a result, Jemena established consistent planning and scheduling processes, gained a centralised view of all maintenance activities, and improved oversight
