An organization sought guidance to improve its graph-based application and knowledge management capabilities through better taxonomy, technology, and governance. Key challenges included the need for clear processes to manage taxonomy and ontology updates, select appropriate tools for graph storage, data cataloging, and ETL workflows, and define roles and responsibilities to support adoption.
