Texas ISP Linxus Internet needed its Sonar V2 billing system and FirstWave Secure Traffic Manager to remain synchronized as subscriber plans, billing status, and public IP addresses changed. Legacy RADIUS and webhook behavior had caused enforcement drift, manual corrections, and disruptive recovery work. FirstWave created a deterministic, auditable integration using Sonar V2 webhooks and STM APIs, making Sonar the source of truth and STM the enforcement point. Recurring reconciliation validates subscriber coverage and detects stale STM entries caused by IP churn. Rate plans, delinquency, reinstatement, and service changes now apply automatically in real time.
