Live Video in Emergency Vehicles for an Optimised Coordination of Emergencies
A large city’s fire brigade faced challenges in emergency coordination because hazardous situations were reported verbally to the operations center, often resulting in incomplete or unclear information. This led to increased stress for on-site responders and made it difficult for coordinators to initiate the most appropriate response. To improve situational awareness and decision-making, emergency vehicles were equipped with a live video solution integrated into the existing communication platform.
