Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. improved employee productivity and satisfaction by creating a flexible, modern digital workplace to support more than 40,000 employees across Japan. The company needed to enable secure access from anywhere to support work-life balance, reduce downtime caused by PC issues, and deliver more efficient and cost-effective help desk services. Nissan partnered with DXC to implement modern workplace services, including remote and on-site service desk support, PC setup, and device health monitoring. DXC also introduced walk-in Digital Tech Cafés staffed by engineers and technicians, providing hands-on support. This approach improved responsiveness, reduced business disruption, and allowed support teams to rapidly transition to remote work while maintaining high service levels
