Equinor collaborated with HCLTech to enhance its Microsoft Power Platform adoption and citizen development program. HCL designed a certification initiative including 14-hour interactive workshops on Power Apps, Automate, BI, and Dataverse. The training fostered innovation, governance, and end-to-end development best practices. Within a year, Equinor doubled Power Apps usage, trained 270+ employees, and achieved full compliance and engagement. The program transformed Equinor into a model for enterprise-level Power Platform adoption in Europe.
