This case study shows how Amplifire accelerates workforce expertise in manufacturing environments. At Leprino, the world’s largest mozzarella cheese producer, employees across all experience levels participated in adaptive learning. Prior to training, even highly experienced employees averaged 78.5% knowledge accuracy. After using Amplifire, all employees reached similar or improved performance levels, averaging 78.8%, effectively matching decades of experience. The study demonstrates that a single learning intervention can replicate the value of years of on-the-job experience by reinforcing knowledge and correcting misconceptions, enabling organizations to rapidly elevate workforce competency and improve consistency in decision-making.
