UCHealth addressed critical staffing shortages and training inefficiencies by redesigning its Patient Care Assistant (PCA) and EHR training programs using Amplifire’s adaptive learning platform. Traditional classroom training was time-intensive and ineffective at scaling workforce development. By shifting to a blended, personalized learning model, UCHealth reduced training time by 87.5% (from ~8 hours to ~1 hour), saving approximately $1.45 million annually.
