This case study discusses how Trade & Investment Queensland (TIQ) strengthened cybersecurity and simplified IT management by implementing the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange. To improve security and enhance protection against threats and malware, TIQ deployed a Zero Trust solution across its 23 locations. The implementation eliminated the need for firewalls and security appliances at each site, ensured that only authorized devices could access the network regardless of location, and automatically sandboxed potentially malicious email attachments for analysis. As a result, TIQ enhanced its security posture while reducing infrastructure complexity and streamlining IT operations.
