This case study discusses how Trade & Investment Queensland (TIQ) enhanced cybersecurity and simplified IT management by implementing the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange. The solution improved threat and malware protection across all 23 locations, eliminated the need for firewalls and security appliances at each site, ensured that only authorized devices could access the network regardless of location, and automatically sandboxed suspicious email attachments for analysis. As a result, TIQ strengthened its security posture while reducing infrastructure complexity and streamlining IT operations.
