User Adoption Management with Video Tutorials
An event organizer transitioned its unified communications system to Microsoft Teams, deploying a soft client to over 300 employees and partially replacing traditional desk phones. Employees were given flexibility to work solely with the soft client or continue using a desk phone, leading to a significant change in daily work routines. To support this shift and ensure high user adoption, management sought a solution that would provide employees with continuous assistance in using the new tools. A user experience portal with video tutorials was introduced, offering round-the-clock, on-demand guidance. This approach supported change management, reduced support queries, and helped employees adapt quickly and confidently to the new communication platform.
