This solution brief presents a streamlined approach to testing aircraft electronics against RTCA DO-160 Section 16 and MIL-STD-704 power-input requirements before formal certification. The Keysight AC6900 Series three-phase AC source supports 3 to 18 kVA, AC output up to 320 Vrms, DC output up to 452 V, and frequencies to 5 kHz. Its built-in sequencer reproduces interruptions, transients, and abnormal power conditions, while the harmonics analyzer measures voltage and current through the 50th harmonic.
