This letter formally states that the AVX‑10K is equivalent to the legacy IFR4000, IFR6000, and IFR6015 test sets in both capability and technical specifications for aircraft certification and testing. These older products, originally from IFR and Aeroflex and now under VIAVI Solutions, can be directly replaced by the AVX‑10K wherever they are currently used. The AVX‑10K provides full functional equivalency, ensuring seamless transition for operators. A detailed side‑by‑side comparison is available for technical evaluation to support adoption of the new platform.
